Contraindications to treatment:

• No under 18s unless accompanied by an adult for a teen facial

• Cold sores

• Wounds or sunburn

• Some autoimmune diseases – please contact prior to booking

• Recent surgery

• Dermal fillers or anti-wrinkle treatments within the last 2 weeks

• Pregnancy unless booking a pregnancy-safe facial

• Recent use of acids or retinoids

*Please note that failing to comply with the above contradictions could result in no treatment being carried out and loss of deposit.*

Pre-Treatment Advice:

​

Please follow all pre-treatment advice to ensure best results and avoid last-minute changes to your appointment.

• Stop use of tret/retinol 7 days before treatment

• Stop use of acids 3 days before treatment

• No filler or botox in the 2 weeks before your facial

• Please inform us of any recent facial treatments so we can advise on downtime

• Do not book lash or eyebrow appointments within 48 hours prior. Water, steam, and eye covers may affect results; we cannot be held responsible

• No recent sun exposure

Booking Deposit and Cancellations:

​

A £30 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

 

Bookings cannot be rescheduled within 72 hours of your appointment. Any changes made within this period will incur the loss of your deposit.
